What made you choose the sea salt in this recipe? Does it do anything specific, or is it just a flavor thing? Do you prefer to use fresh or frozen blueberries in your dish? I think your recipe sounds divine. I know this is one dish my grandpa would have loved to find on the table for dessert. He loved blueberries.
