Cream cheese and pumpkin goes so well together doesn't it? My favorite fall recipe is my mom's pumpkin roll with cream cheese icing. She makes it every year, but only at Halloween and Thanksgiving. She only makes it once and then we have to wait until the next year to have it again. Even with the same recipe, we can't make it taste like hers.
