I have made these cookies several times and they are always a hit. I have made them with and without espresso powder. I think we prefer it without it, but both were excellent. They are nice and chewy too. They can be a little bit tougher to gauge when they are ready because of their colour, but they have a typical cookie baking time.

I love red velvet desserts, and I think the white chocolate chips really make these cookies pop. They are so pretty!
