Mint Surprise Sugar Cookies

"These sugar cookies are SO easy to make, but never fail to get comments when I make them, because of the little kiss of mint. They can be a little more work than little ones are interested in participating in (Max is only interested in eating them!) but you can also make some like this and some plain ones, which are great for little hands to roll and drop, and eventually decorate.It’s a very basic sugar cookie recipe, but then you wrap it around a mini York Peppermint Patty, so it’s a little chocolate mint surprise when you bite into it! These Minis, which come unwrapped in a bag, are the perfect size to make dainty little cookies."
