"The Esterhazy Torte is a special layered cake from Austria which you must have tried if you love cakes and European pastries. This cake has 4 layers made of almond meal making this a complete gluten-free Torte cake dessert. The layers are filled with vanilla custard and the top is made of a sugar glaze. The design on top of the cake is typical for an Esterhazy Torte! This cake was created by a royal chef for the duke of Esterhazy of Austria.
