Cookies in a Jar, White Chocolate Cranberry

"I really love the idea of the Cookie in a Jar kit, providing someone with most of what they need to make cookies, but I’ve often found that I don’t love the finished cookie as much as I want to. When I came across this recipe for white chocolate cranberry cookies, though, I knew I had to try them, and they really are delicious! I’ve made a few of these to keep on hand, for hostess gifts, or one of those days when I get a nagging need to make cookies. This fills a 1 quart jar pretty perfectly, and this recipe makes one jar’s worth of mix. Just layer the ingedients in order, and be sure to tamp them down in between layers.
