I would never have made a cake with soda, but I'm glad I did! The Dr. Pepper makes the cake extra moist and light!

Dr Pepper was never a thing here in South Africa but this cake really is very good indeed. I have always been a fan of pound cake and this one is definitely a real goody! I tucked a slice into each of the childrens lunch boxes this morning and when they got home they were all full of smiles, lol! It is definitely good enough to make again and again!
