Lime Yogurt and Pistachio Cake

"Lime yoghurt cake with pistachios and rose water flavoured drizzle. Aren’t yoghurt cakes gorgeous? And so easy – you just throw everything into a bowl and mix a bit, not even too much. This is a great combination of flavours: limes, pistachios and rose water, and it comes through in the syrupy drizzle. Do not worry too much about cooking the syrup, reducing it by half and so on – it must make the cake WET."
