SO, my dad *loves* Pecan Pie, but not everyone in my family is that committed. I came across this recipe and thought it would be perfect to try for Easter. I didn't even get to try one they were gone so fast...I wish I was kidding. These were a lot easier to make than I first thought. I suggest rolling out your dough as a whole, then cutting your pieces. Rather than rolling 40+ mini balls. It saves time and works a lot nicer!

I so love the taste of pecan passies and now I have a home made recipe for them! After reading the written recipe it sounds so easy to make. I have saved this one and will be making them soon. I do have a question for anyone who has made them. Can they be frozen? It's only me and my hubby and I would hate for them to go to waist. My grand kids are not big fans of nuts so I'm sure they won't eat them. Thank you so much for sharing this free recipe for the Vintage Pecan Tassies.
