"A bundt cake made using sweet potato baby food and pumpkin pie spice, for a sweet pumpkin-y flavor. Cake is iced with a quick vanilla icing and topped with pumpkin spiced granola. This bundt cake is an easy to make, one bowl recipe. Can also be made in two loaf pans. This is the perfect cake for Fall because of the warm spices and the flavor of pumpkin and sweet potatoes. Great for breakfast or for dessert."

Yummy! Bundt cakes are so underrated, and this looks like one of those recipes that could prove it. Love the idea of a sweet potato dessert!
