A friend hosted a function this week and I took this Cocoa Swirl Sponge Cake. Oh my word, is it good or what!! We served it with a blob of firmly beaten cream and everyone absolutely loved it. Fortunately I managed to grab a slice before it all disappeared and it was absolutely delicious. Beautifully light and very very good!
