Gooey Chocolate Zucchini Brownies
Gooey Chocolate Zucchini Brownies are so dense and so moist that you'll forget that they're made with zucchini and a few other healthy ingredients. They're truly the ultimate chocolate brownie recipe. The chocolate in the brownies themselves and the chocolate chips that are sprinkled on top make each bite as flavorful and as enjoyable as can be. Best of all, you can go from being brownie-less to having a whole tray of them in only 45 minutes. Make them for a party and see how quickly they disappear.

I see more and more people baking with certain vegetables and zucchini is one of them. I am a little nervous about using it. What does it replace in a recipe? Can you get a zucchini flavour off what you have bakes? We grow zucchini so I would love to try it but I am nervous, anyone any advice?

Do you stay with the semi-sweet chocolate chips on the top, or do you add a milk chocolate for another flavor? I bet white chocolate chips would be good too. I know we love the flavor of white chocolate with dark chocolate too, so I guess you could always mix it up some.
