These Drunken Peeps Cupcakes are so cute! I love the idea of using flavored rum in place of the water in the cake mix. The alcohol bakes off so these are safe for everyone. I love the idea of the hidden candy in the center and the peeps on its side is great. So much fun.. This is one to save for Easter time. Thank you so much for sharing this free cupcake recipe.
