Chocolate Lava Cupcakes

"Those gooey, melty, chocolatey lava cakes seem to be everywhere. Personally, I am not a fan of that much chocolate oozing out from the center of the cake. However, it inspired me to create a fun and EASY recipe for cupcakes that basically do the same thing – only with more chocolate! These are chocolate cupcakes with chocolate fudge inside, chocolate buttercream and chocolate sprinkles. Yep. That’s a LOT of chocolate. I love that the consistency of each of the elements is so different, because together, it makes for an amazing little treat."
