This recipe sounds so delicious. I was wondering if you could take out the cinnamon? My husband does not like the spice at all, but I think the dessert would still have a great flavor with the apples and the caramel mixed with the whipped cream and graham crackers. I am thinking that some chocolate chips or shaving might enhance the caramel or just add some extra caramel to make up for the cinnamon. Do you have any ideas?

I enjoyed this dessert! It was really creamy and sweet, which I liked. However, there wasn't nearly enough apple in it for my liking. I'd definitely add more next time.

This recipe was FANTASTIC! I can't believe how much the graham crackers softened to taste just like layers of cake. There was so much apple, caramel, and cinnamon flavor I almost went back for seconds.

The caramel favor in this recipe is out of this world. I loved the graham crackers and the Cool Whip too. This dessert was super sweet but also light and fluffy. So tasty!
