"This no bake chocolate chocolate chip ice cream pie won't even require you to turn on your oven. It's the perfect summer dessert that can be made entirely in your freezer. The base is a chocolate graham cracker crust and the filling is 100% ice cream - it couldn't be easier! Top with a homemade, 2-ingredient stabilized whipped cream and chocolate jimmies (sprinkles) as a finishing touch. This dessert can be prepared a day ahead and kept in the freezer until ready to serve."

No baking AND it can be made a day ahead? Plus it is a super delicious treat? What could possibly be better for any busy family cook! On getting home from school today the first thing the children wanted to know was whether there was any chocolate icecream pie left. I told you - it is a real WINNER!
