I have been going through the ice cream topping recipes on this site and drooling. My favorite topping is hot fudge. I cant wait to try this recipe out. I know the kids will love it too. Is the reason for the dark or bittersweet chocolate to counter the sugar and corn syrup, or is it just a preference?
