This toffee has two layers to it. The first is a pumpkin toffee layer that has a wonderfully warm flavor. The second and topmost layer is white chocolate with some roasted pumpkin seeds mixed in. This toffee is just as delicious and addicting as you'd think it would be, and then some.

What is pumpkin spice emulsion? I have never heard of it. Where can I find it? I love toffee, and your pumpkin infusion makes me want to get fall here now. I am working on putting recipes together that I want to try when the weather turns cooler. I think that this would be a great addition if it tastes like I think it will.
