Such a nice change from the usual cinnamon and sticky bun recipes, not that I dont enjoy them too. I like that the raspberry filling is made from scratch, rather than using jams or jellies. I have never heard of putting a yeast dough into the refrigerator before. Would this not effect the dough's ability to rise, or is it not supposed to?
