Zombie fingers

"Halloween zombie finger cookies, made with shortbread pastry. Scary zombie, or witches' fingers are great fun to make and surprisingly not so difficult. You don't need to worry much about chilling the pastry, just stick shaped fingers into the fridge for a bit before baking. This is really a cool thing – and it’s really easy to make them lifelike, or deathlike actually. The almonds will fall off after a while, which I guess is due to decay… And a very good shortbread pastry mix so not just for Halloween."
