I honestly am jumping for joy at having come across this Rich Pistachio Fudge recipe. I love pistachio Ice cream, and pistachio pudding, and just pistachios plain, and now to be able to make pistachio into fudge is a dream come true. The absolute bonus is how easy this recipe is to make, and the simple ingredients involved. I predict a lot of batches of Pistachio fudge in my future.
