"If you love bananas, you’ll love this fried banana recipe. When cooked, the plantains begin to give off a sweetness that is similar to a banana. This is also a perfect recipe for you if you’re looking for crunch. It might be a unique combination for you, but it’s definitely worth a try. If you want to add deeper flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon and ground nutmeg to each wrapped plantain. You can also interchange ripe jackfruit with mango, purple yam jam or even thin slices of pineapples."
