I love this recipe for The Perfect Vanilla Frosting. I have never used whipping cream in my frosting, only milk. So this intrigues me so much that I have to try it. I'm thinking that it will make for a lighter frosting. With all the vanilla in this recipe I'm sure it will we great to add about 1/4 of a cup of un-sweeten cocoa powder with the powered sugar then into the creamed mixture. Thank you for sharing this free recipe that I will be making..
