Salt of the Earth Bakery based in Brooklyn, NY makes some of the most delicious homemade brownies and cookies available at stores. Their signature baked goods are made with spices and sea salts from around the world. Their sought-after cookies come four to a pack and the brownies come with two in a pack.

The cookies are what put this bakery on the map. They come in five different varieties, all with cute packaging and a clever name. To be honest, I loved every flavor, but if I had to choose an absolute favorite it would be their original claim to fame, "The Cookie". It has a simple name, but complex flavor. The texture is a perfect hybrid between chewy and crunchy. The Maldon Sea Salt adds a great, salty element not typical to other cookies.

I am not a huge brownie eater so I was bit more skeptical before trying those. I can now say I have found a brownie I truly love and crave. What I love is that none of the brownies are too rich, dense, or fudgy. They have a great balance of textures and flavors. My favorite turned out to be the richest of the bunch, too! The OMGCB has handcrafted caramel and French Sea Salt added to the batter.

These cookies and brownies make fantastic gifts to bring or send to anyone near or far. The baked goods arrive incredibly fresh and ready to enjoy.

The chocolate cookie was really goodit was soft and fudgy. I love salted caramel, but I actually thought the salt flavor was a little too strong on these. I would like them better with a little less!

I really loved the combination of salty and sweet in these cookies! The ones I tried were the "Good Evil" that also had dried cherries. A really flavorful combination.

I love salted caramel anything, and so I really enjoyed these salty sweets. It brings out the chocolate flavor and just adds a little something extra. Yum!

The chocolate flavors are very rich and smooth. So delicious, especially with the addition of spices and dried fruit. A great after meal treat.

I really liked the addition of the different salts in these treats. It really made the flavors pop a lot more than they normally would. I'd also argue that because they're more flavorful, my sweet tooth would most likely be satisfied sooner!

I love the chocolate and sea salt combo, but these cookies were a little too salty for my taste. I tried the basic chocolate chip cookie, which was delicious otherwise. Great option for those craving salty and sweet all in one snack.

I enjoyed the Kona brownie the best because it had some yummy espresso in it. It satisfied my chocolate craving in an instant!

I loved everything about these brownies and cookies. Whenever I eat something sweet I immediately crave salt, so these are the ideal treat for me.

I really loved these cookies! I tried The Cookie, which is a basic chocolate chip cookie. The chocolate chunks were really yummy, and the sea salt made this a really fabulous snack/dessert.
