Circulon Covered Cake Pan Review

Baking a cake has never been easier than it is with the Circulon Covered Cake Pan. It has a superior nonstick coating that makes serving your baked goods simple. It even comes with a lid to make transporting and storing your creations mess-free. 



A 9"x13" pan is one of the staple pieces of bakeware every kitchen should stock. It is essential for making sheet cakes, brownies, and other dessert recipes. The construction of this particular pan lends itself wonderfully to these applications. 



I especially loved the nonstick coating on this pan. They have a special design they call the Total Food Release Nonstick System and it lives up to its name. Even freshly-made brownies were easy to lift out of the pan and unlike other pans I have used, no bits of brownie were left behind. The nonstick design also makes cleaning the pan much simpler because you won't have to scrub much off!



The addition of a lid really makes this pan a winner for me. I love that you can bake your treats and transport them, all in one container without hassle. It also did a better job of getting baked goods fresh compared to putting them in foil or covering them with plastic wrap.
