Peugeot Lanka Cinnamon Mill

The Peugeot LANKA Cinnamon Shaker Mill is one of the most unique tools I have ever used. You can quickly and easily ground fresh cinnamon sticks simply by shaking and twisting the top of the tool. You can now add fresh and robust cinnamon flavor to all your baked goods, drinks, and dinner recipes!



I have never seen anything quite like this mill. Previous to this, I have only used whole cinnamon in recipes that call for steeping it, or crushed using a mortar and pestel. This tool allows you to treat whole cinnamon just as you would any other ground spice. 



The top compartment holds a large marble. This helps breakdown the cinnamon stick, and filter it into the bottom as you shake the mill. once it is broken down, after a couple shakes, you simply turn the mill as you would any other grinder. Perfectly ground cinnamon comes out from the bottom. 



The stainless steel body combined with the grinding mechanism are built to last, just like all the Peugeot products. I love the idea of topping drinks and desserts off with a touch of cinnamon. The innovative mill is a fantastic gift, and party standout.
