Fluffy Waffles

"How do you prepare fluffy waffles without adding yeast? There is a way to add air into your breakfast or dessert waffles. I picked up this technique from northern France, near the Belgium border. Waffles are originally a Belgian delicacy and each region has its own version and waffle specialties such as the Liege waffles as an example. Mother's day is coming up soon, so why not make these waffles to celebrate this special day in honor of all mother's. You can, of course, choose to serve your homemade waffles with ice cream for brunch if you like. Nobody is stopping you on a special occasion!"
