Sugar Cookie Steel Cut Oats

"One of the best parts of the Instant Pot is its ability to make steel-cut oats in minutes; we make oatmeal several mornings a week during the cold winter months, and I love being able to make and eat my favorites steel-cut oats quickly and without advance planning. As much as a I love oatmeal, it can get tiresome after a while, so I’m always looking for ways to dress it up and make it a little different. When I saw International Delight® Sugar Cookie Coffee Creamer at Walmart recently, it gave me a great idea. I’ve been an International Delight fan for years; it’s a simple, delicious way to dress up a plain cup of coffee and make it special, but I’ve never really used it for anything else. Once I thought of using it for my oatmeal though, there was no turning back!"
