Cranberries are a big hit in our home so I thought I'd give this a try. It really is quick to prepare - I made 2 so that one could be frozen for later use - and in no time at all we had delicious cranberry orange bread with our coffee. It's delicious, the orange glaze is divine and it also froze well so a winner all round!
