Greek Yogurt Pie Bars
"Only spring can make you feel like you are born again. Spring Saturday morning, sunny, fresh and bright has broken like the first morning. Coffee is ready. I looked through the window and spotted the daisies fully blooming. They close the petals during the night and open them for the new day. So, I checked if I have all the ingredients for Greek Yogurt Pie Bars and taken them all out of the fridge so they all have the room temperature. In the meantime, I picked some daisies up, came back inside and made a bars dough. Filling was ready while the oven reached the required 374 F. All together it takes 30 minutes of your active time, without picking up the flowers to garnish the dessert. Also, this recipe can be used to make a simple yogurt pie with or without daisies. Baking dish dimensions for this dessert are: 10 x 6 x 2 inches. As about eating this flower, daisy young leaves can be eaten in salads or cooked. Flower petals are eaten raw, on cakes, bars, salads and soups. For medical characteristics please contact someone educated in herbal medicine. Daisies have a beautiful name on Latin: Bellis Perennis, translated to English it is: Beauty Everlasting."
NotesGreek Yogurt Pie Bars are light and sunny dessert welcomed by all. Daisies on the top make a refreshing bonus.

These look very sweet and pretty. They'd be so good on Saturday morning, as the author suggests. And they'd also be great for a baby or wedding shower!
