Do you think that using a sugar substitute would work in your pretzel recipe? I love that you only need a few ingredients to make this treat. I use canola oil, but I am sure that will work too. I am looking forward to the sweet taste of butter, cinnamon, and sugar like we used to make with toast as a kid. We loved that as a treat.
