Do you have a specific percentage dark chocolate you prefer to use in this recipe? I can think of so many desserts where I can use this cream. I know the first one I want to make with it is chocolate filled cannolis. I want to decorate them with mini-chocolate chips and a little white chocolate drizzle. I bet the combination would be mouth watering.

YUM! This would be the perfect filling for an eclair or a chocolate cupcake. I like having this easy go-to recipe available for anything that needs a perfect chocolate filling.
