Key Lime Cookies

"These key lime cookies are a refreshing treat! With tastes of lime, white chocolate, and pecans these cookies have a burst of flavor!! And this recipe is super duper easy to make too!!! The ingredients for these key lime cookies include butter, shortening, sugar, brown sugar, egg, lime juice, lime zest (you’ll need 2 limes to get the amount of zest needed), and vanilla! You can just use regular limes for this recipe if you’d like. Either key limes or regular limes work great!! Also included is flour, baking soda, salt, white chocolate chips (yum!), and chopped pecans. You can substitute the chopped pecans for another chopped nut of your choice. Walnuts or macadamia nuts would be great too!"
