Ghost Meringue Cookies

"You'll be the hit of the Halloween party when you show up with these Ghost Meringue Cookies. They're super simple to make, but they can be time consuming. Once they're done baking, they need to sit in a cooling oven for an hour before drawing on the chocolate faces. They're gluten-free too, which is great if you need a dessert without gluten. They are NOT sugar free though."
