Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies
"Cake mix cookies meet an explosion of colorful sprinkles wrapped inside a soft and chewy cookie. You only need a handful of ingredients! Funfetti cake is a classic celebratory dessert from birthdays to graduations and everything in between. But when that extra cake mix box you thought you would use sits alone in the pantry it’s never a bad idea to shape them into funfetti cake mix cookies, whether you’re celebrating or not. Optionally top them with vanilla frosting like we did in our confetti cake mix cookies then garnish with additional sprinkles. They’ll be just like a poppable and portable funfetti cake disguised as a cookie! "
