I have never made a skillet cookie before. When I first saw the name, I thought it was made on the top of the stove. I see that it is baked in the oven, but is baked in a skillet to keep its shape and thickness. It reminds me of the cookie pizzas you can get at some chain restaurants. My boys love sugar cookies, so we will be trying this one.
