The Ultimate Brownie
From the blogger: "Here is the ultimate brownie - the best you've ever eaten, with milk and white chocolate chunks, just to be extra indulgent. This recipe is specially made for chocoholics. A good, old-fashioned brownie just hits the right spot without fail. A gooey chocolate brownie is like the best cake ever. This recipe uses cocoa and dark chocolate and makes dense, almost fudge-like brownies. The key is not to overbake: if in doubt, take it out! It keeps unbelievably long if you let it – at least two weeks in a closed container or covered cake stand."

Can you use whole wheat flour in this recipe? I love that you use unsweetened cocoa powder. I think it makes the chocolate richer and more flavorful. I love to make brownies. When is your favorite time to serve them to your guests? I like to have weekend parties and watch races and football games. We love to have treats like this on the table for these events.
