- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 LARGE Egg Yolk
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 14 ounce Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- Flakey Sea Salt

Preheat the oven to 350F. Line an 8 by 8-inch baking pan with 2 pieces of parchment paper so it hangs over all 4 sides for easy removal.
