Can I use soy milk instead of the almond milk? We have a tree nut allergy in the home, but I don't want to use regular milk either. I love that Kate Abbey says that the texture was good. I am funny about stuff like that, so it is good to hear a comment about the way it feels when you eat it.

I made these and I was shocked I couldn't taste the beans! The texture was great too.
