Playing with your food can be fun and even scientific with the Molecule-R Siphone Revolution Whipped Cream Kit. This kit contains everything you need in order to create whipped cream and other whipped concoctions. You can serve all of your desserts with the proper dollop of whipped cream using this kit.

The big component of this kit is the culinary whipper. This impressive piece of gadgetry can make homemade whipped cream and other creamy desserts. Also included in the kit are additives that can "whip" toppings without any cream at all. 

I loved experimenting with the additives including Agar Agar, Soy Lecithin, and Xanthan Gum. The Agar Agar allows you to make anything into a jelly consistency. The Soy Lecithin actually allows you to aerate  and whip toppings without cream, and the Xanthan Gum can thicken just about anything you put it into! Trying out these different additives with new techniques learned in the kit's pamphlet was so interesting and fun.

I tried some of the recipes included in the pamphlet and they are great to serve at a dinner party. Guests will be amazed at the textures and flavors used. Of course, this kit is also great for making some good old-fashioned whipped cream!
