Man Bars

Even though these bar cookies are called Man Bars, anyone can make them and everyone will enjoy them! There are only seven simple ingredients in this easy dessert recipe, and no complicated steps. All you need to do is mix everything together, spread the cookie batter in a pan, and bake. When these dessert bars cool, cut them into squares and toss in powdered sugar. This is an easy dessert to make and is wonderful for parties or cookie exchanges because the dessert bars travel well and the recipe will yield plenty for sharing.
