This looks great and I love that it is all from scratch. Many of the recipes I saw called for flavoured gelatins or mixes. This one requires a bit more work, but you know exactly what you are getting when it is done. I have many sensitivities to additives, colours, and preservatives, so this is a wonderful find for me.

Did I die and go to heaven? Oh my I sure do feel like it after reading this recipe. I can't wait to make this beautiful Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake. This recipe reads really well an easy to follow that anyone can make it and look like a pro! My problem would be not to eat the whole cake by my self. Thank you so much for sharing this free recipe.
