I fell in love with this style of cake on a trip to Disney (in the Epcot pavilion). Can't wait to give this a try!

I don't believe I've ever heard of this recipe before, but it sounds so interesting and delicious. I love trying different countries' takes on sweets, and I have a bit of Swedish ancestry so I might just have to try this!
