Oreo Cheesecake Bars
There is nothing better than an Oreo cheesecake, except Oreo Cheesecake Bars of course. This cheesecake bar recipe takes all of the flavors and textures you love about a giant Oreo cheesecake and adapts into bite-sized bars. Chunks of Oreo cookie are mixed into a plain vanilla cheesecake. The Oreo crumb crust is strong enough to hold a thick layer of cheesecake so you don't have to worry about the bar breaking on you mid-bite.

I think that using the parchment paper for these is such a great cooking / serving hack for these! There have been several times that I made dessert bars before, and upon trying to dig them out of the pan, a couple always get sacrificed in terms of looks. (those are the ones for me, lol!) A great treat for the kiddos!

I think I was typing too fast and somehow "for these" ended up in there twice. When I type there is sometimes lag time and things don't show up when you type them.
