Cheesecake is usually too rich for me, but I'd still love to be able to make it, and this looks like a great recipe!

We all loved this cheesecake! It was my first ever, so I made a few mistakes, but it still turned out delicious! I did run into a slight problem because my oven doesn't go all the way down to 200 degrees, but I was able to improvise and it still worked!
