Better Than Thin Mints Grasshopper Poke Cake

Who knew you could go from chocolate boxed cake mix to a deliciously moist chocolate fudge cake? This Better Than Thin Mints Grasshopper Poke Cake really couldn't be any easier. Prepare the boxed cake mix as directed, then poke with holes. Pour sweetened condensed milk all over so that it soaks into the holes. Next, mix together Thin Mint cookies and hot fudge sauce. Spread this all over the chocolate cake and top with a minty whipped cream. As a finishing touch, sprinkle chopped Andes mints on the top before popping this chocolate poke cake into the fridge. Once the chocolate cake has soaked up all of the delicious sauces, you won't believe how rich this mint cake becomes.
