Can you use a mix of white and whole wheat flour in this recipe, or do you need to stick with just the white flour for the donuts? I love that you added coconut to these tasty donuts. I remember getting a coconut donut at a bakery when I was a kid on Saturdays. The bakery is no longer there, but I sure do remember the donuts.
