I have to admit that when I first saw this recipe used ritz crackers I was skeptical, but I tried them anyway. I made them along with my other Christmas baking and everyone thought they were great. They aren't exactly like the mint thins I hunt for every Thanksgiving, but they are yummy. Maybe I can stop searching for those ninja-like girl scouts now.
