Whether you are planning to serve it at a family dinner or another gathering, this sweet and filling cake is just the dessert you need. I love these poke and pour cakes. They turn out so moist and stay moist for days. This is a wonderful combination of chocolate, caramel, and toffee. This is a really easy recipe, and I know the results will be amazing. I hope I can resist eating more than one piece of it (a day)!
