Can I use sour cream instead of the Greek yogurt in this dish? I am not a fan of yogurt, but sour cream and cream cheese are delicious in desserts, so I often substitute one or the other for it. Do you think it would work in this case? I love the name of your brownie because that is exactly what I want is a gooey brownie.

I made these brownies thinking they would be awesome..oh how wrong I was. They were terrible, half dry half mushy with next to no wonderful chocolatety flavor.
